ORDER PROCESSING

 


Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Made-to-order and custom items require additional production time. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated prior to or at the time of purchase.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 


 

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

 


Shipping delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.


Once an order has been shipped, GBANOO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

 


 

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. GBANOO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 


 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


GBANOO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 


 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

 


If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gb.gbanoo@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product.


Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, GBANOO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
